Bridal Trials (Mandatory)

Bridal trials are an essential step before your wedding day to ensure you are delighted with your look and that we work seamlessly together.

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your trial appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day.

Wedding Day Makeup

After your trial, you will receive a personalised quote for your wedding day. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted total is required to confirm and reserve your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Standard Makeup Appointments

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures all standard makeup bookings, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All makeup and bridal appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As such, all deposits for bridal or makeup bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of cancellations, rescheduling, or change of mind.

For beauty appointments, we respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent bookings, with the full service fee still payable.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. Clients who fail to settle outstanding no-show fees may be refused future bookings.

Payment Policy

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.

All beauty and makeup services must be paid in full in accordance with the booking terms outlined above.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to fluctuations in treatment costs, products and salon consumables.

Public Holiday Policy

A 15% surcharge applies to all services booked on public holidays.

Agreement

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

Any exceptions to these policies are at the sole discretion of the business.
